How much water does your business use? Reading over a study published on the huge amount of water that is consumed on a regular basis by industry, I got to thinking about the significance of water conservation among industrial businesses. Check out this study review:
The study found that industrial water consumption for the production of consumer products is sky high with figures such as “almost 270 gallons of water to produce $1 worth of sugar; 200 gallons of water to make $1 worth of dog and cat food; and 140 gallons of water to make $1 worth of milk”. Given the uncertainty that many regions face with regards to water shortage, industry has a responsibility to cut back and conserve this precious resource as much as we can.
Products like ours here at Sidel Systems are able to help your business succeed in becoming a more conservation minded company by creating “free water” and preserving existing water supplies for future generations and communities that depend on it now.
